I'm going to get a nice Clevo laptop for linux (SuSe, Fedora or Red Hat):

http://www.clevo.com.tw/products/M38AW.asp
But i'm just a little woried that a lot wont work, e.g.:
intel 802.11ABC card (should work)
GeForce Go 6600

and some of the other stuff like that, i know the 56k wont work and i'll have to get a lot of drivers for other stuff.

The other one i'm looking at is the: M540G

Think i'll have a lot of problems, help would be sweet i want to get it in the next few weeks?
I just dont know what Clevo to get>?

You will probably be able to get most stuff to work with binary drivers. Most stuff will not work after a default install. It won't be the most "linux-friendly" system, but it will probably be usable with some work.

Thanks, i'm going to get the M38AW in a few weeks - i'll make a guide for the site as it has always been a lot of help to me.

I know a lot of the stuff will need work, will that 802.11 card work out someone else would have that in their laptop - thanks again

p.s. i'm as sure as i can be that the display will work out and the 6600 card should be easy enough to get to work
