I have a free 12 Gb partition on my Toshiba TabletPC 3500.
I am trying to install Fedora 5 but am having some difficulties.
This laptop does not have a built-in CD-RW/DVD-ROM, rather it's an external unit connected with special PCMCIA/PC Card.
The laptop will boot from the Fedora 5 DVD I did, and I hit Enter. All seems well.
But then Linux wants to to know where the Install file is, I am given a few choices, CD, Hard Drive, etc. Well it's on the DVD, but Linux will not recognise it... it looks for drivers.. what driver would work ?
Any ideas on how I could install ?
Thank you.
Any other way ?
