Despite all the hoopla on HPs announcements on Linux on desktops and laptops last year, it is very clear that HP is not at all behind this effort. It is unfortunate to have a company like HP to give this kind of lip service to Linux. It would be better if they didn't talk about Linux support at all. Otherwise, it hurts the overall reputation of Linux on the desktop.
