Hello I am thinking to buy a low specifications and low budged laptop, to install linux on it (possibly fedora). Could not find anything on the net about this laptop&linux! I have a fear that maybe it won't work together, is my fear right? What do I have to look to be sure that it works? Do you think I'll have problems with it?

HP laptops usually work well with Linux

Some problems are easily fixed with boot-up parameters, etc.

Others are not so easily fixed, for example some winmodems and webcams
